Riina’s career in real estate began in the 70’s when her Dad opened Friedrich Real Estate. Licensed in 1983, Riina embarked on a career in finance after college. She worked for Alex, Brown & Sons, Dillon Read, Morgan Stanley and the Nasdaq Stock Market. Keeping up with the business she worked part-time in the office until 2004 when Riina decided to work in real estate full-time. She earned her NY Broker-Associate license in 2005 and helped to run a successful business for many years.
Beyond Sarasota and Babylon, NY, Riina has lived in New York City and Grapevine, TX. Her parents are full-time residents of Sarasota County and most of her family has relocated to Florida, permanently. Sarasota was a natural choice for Riina who loves art and the arts. Riina also enjoys spending time with her husband at the beach, biking, boating and most importantly visiting the many restaurants that offer live music and outside dining.
