IslandWalk is in South Venice if you check the zip code, but originally was in an area called the West Villages. It seems like all is becoming Wellen Park now as this community continues to grow. Divosta is the builder and homes range in age from 2006 to 2024. Bordered on the East by 41 (Tamiami Trail) directly across from Gran Paradiso. The new Manasota Beach Road will pass around the West End of the Property.
You will find villas in quads and duplexes and single family homes of all sizes. The property has beautiful ponds and lakes with Venice Inspired Bridges and golf cart paths throughout.
