Built in 1981 as a 55+ condo for active adults Lemon Bay View East has stunning views of Lemon Bay and the Bridge to Englewood beach. There are restrictions on rentals, you have to own one for two years before you are allowed to rent out your condo, and that is a good thing, because this is a close knit community. You will find spacious two bedroom units with washer and dryers tucked away in the kitchen and many different types of renovations and designs. There is an elevator and each unit has a storage unit on the ground floor. There is a pool and a dock with boat slips, some with lifts, some without. Not everyone has a boat slip. There’s a kayak launch and you are five minutes from the beach here. One pet per unit please.
