Close to Gulf Gate, close to Costco, close to Siesta Key and close to the LEGACY TRAIL for all you bikers and I mean the pedaling kind. Pet friendly the HOA docs mention not allowing farm animals but cats and dogs are welcome. This location is convenient to shopping at either Costco or Gulf Gate, and the restaurants all around. The homes are very close together, but some back to beautiful nature preserves. This community does NOT ALLOW RENTALS. Comparatively, the HOA fees are lower.
