Skye Ranch is a community of new homes currently building on land just east of 75 (4 miles) and just south of Clark Road. Taylor Morrison is building single family homes, attached villas and townhomes, but there are also luxury builders in there like John Cannon and Arthur Rutenberg and now Lennar. The community has ballfields, lots of kid things like climbing walls and activities and they have an activity concierge coordinating food truck nights and excursions to help create a sense of community. There are miles of biking and walking trails and new retail spaces coming soon to this area. A new school is currently under construction.
