Sarasota’s Palmer Ranch is home to several gated communities. Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club stands out because it has several styles of home to choose from in a community designed for an active lifestyle. Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is a gated community with over 900 residences. Whether you want a single family single floor home with three bedrooms and a private pool it is here. You can find a villa with two or three bedrooms and a pool one floor or two. Or no pool at all, and a lanai with a preserve view. Most of the distinct neighborhoods within the community are required to participate with membership in the golf program with one exception The Arbors where social membership is mandatory not golf. A short distance from Siesta Key, St. Armands and Downtown Sarasota, SRQ. If you are a bicycle rider, you have a path from this community directly to the Legacy Trail.
