Riina’s career in real estate began in the 70’s when her Dad opened Friedrich Real Estate. Licensed in 1983, Riina embarked on a career in finance after college. From equities, to municipal bonds to marketing she ended up managing events at the Nasdaq Marketsite in Times Square. All while working nights and weekends with Dad. By 2004 deciding that one job was enough Riina earned her NY Broker-Associate license and helped to run a successful business for many years.
Beyond Sarasota and Babylon, NY, Riina has lived in New York City and Grapevine, TX. Sarasota was a natural choice for Riina who loves art and the arts. Riina also enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the beach, biking, birding, boating, and visiting the many restaurants that offer live music and outside dining. If buying a home, second home or investment property is something you have in mind, Riina has been staying up to date with the best buys and most interesting projects along the west coast in Sarasota, Nokomis, Osprey, Venice, Englewood and beyond.
