When you are new to an area, the best way to meet buyers and sellers is to host open houses for other agents.  While I am not new to the business, I am new- so here goes.  Today I will be hosting an open house for Debbie Daviadoff at her listing in StoneyBrook Golf and Country Club.  A beautiful single family home in the Grey Oaks Section. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths a private pool and many other desirable features.  Stoneybrook has an awesome Sunday Brunch that runs from 9:30 until 1:30 and is open to the public for brunch so maybe you want to grab a bite and come over?  I'd love to see you.
